Kyle Silk-Eglit is a commercial litigator and coverage counsel whose practice predominately involves litigating complex insurance matters and bad faith lawsuits. Mr. Silk-Eglit also advises national and regional insurance carriers on a wide variety of insurance coverage issues and regularly provides coverage opinions regarding all types of property and liability claims. He has extensive experience in litigating first-party and third-party coverage disputes and has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court. Mr. Silk-Eglit’s work has resulted in many favorable federal court opinions, including several successful rulings at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Silk-Eglit earned his law degree at the University of Washington School of Law and obtained his undergraduate degree at Cornell University.
